Deviree Vallejo

Jan Nelsen

Jan has consistently been a high-achieving Real Estate Broker since 1991.
Beyond successfully selling small to large developments all over Denver,
she is devoted to superior, courteous service to all Sellers and Buyers. Her
acknowledged real estate expertise, design passion, grace and patience will
make it a joy to work with her. Among some of the projects she Brokered

Edwin D. Enck P.E.

Ed Enck founded S-arch (formerly Sun Design Concepts) nearly 31 years ago.  Beginning with a Civil Engineering degree and progressing through Master’s Degrees in both engineering and architecture, Ed has learned to combined his artistic and pragmatic skills into an ability to sketch out the essence of an idea on a napkin and then transform it into a functional, practical, and imaginative built environment while wading through the quagmire of government bureaucracy, budgetary concerns and environmental issues. Driven by his love of Life, Family and Architecture, today, with his business partner Mark Harris, he has been the design lead for literally hundreds of construction projects, from room additions to multi-million dollar mixed-use/multifamily projects, and from cabins to churches and everything in between.

​​Donald Caster​​

​Mr. Caster is an experienced financial and operations manager for complex multi-family real estate ventures  with extensive experience in the following but not limited to; development, repositioning of assets,  conventional, senior housing, subsidized,  student housing and renovations/value add throughout the country spanning the last seventeen years.  Mr. Caster has also worked intimately with several institutional, life and private investment companies such as; Invesco, Northwestern Mutual Life, Met Life, State Teachers Retirement Systems of Ohio, Lend Lease, General Electric Investments, Ocwen, L&B Realty, IRET,  Phoenix Development, etc…
Currently, Mr. Caster is a principal with Sagebrush Companies and oversees development, acquisitions, dispositions and the day to day operations for the multifamily property management component.

Robert P. Jacobsen

Principal and Founder.  Mr. Jacobsen is theFounder and the primary Principal of Sagebrush Capital and affiliates founded in 2000.  Mr. Jacobsen has managed, both as a principal and a non-principal, numerous successful business entities for the last 25 years. Mr. Jacobsen has been active in commercial real estate since the 1994.  Since 2001, Mr. Jacobsen has been responsible for the successful development of $115,000,000 in residential properties and the acquisition of multi-family apartment properties consisting of over 3,600 rental units, with an aggregate acquisition cost of over $300 million. Mr. Jacobsen has led the company through 11 years of profitable growth both for the company and its partners.  Mr. Jacobsen profitably navigated the company through two major economic downturns.

​​Moseley Company is owned and operated by Jon Moseley and Mark Tellinger

​Mark Tellinger received a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University in 1984. Mark has a background in the aerospace industry working at Rockwell International, SAIC, and Raytheon from 1985-1998.

 

From 1999-2002 Mark work at Paragon Homes as a project manager and superintendent managing in excess of 25 infill developments in the Denver area. Mark joined Sprocket Design Build in 2003 as Vice President and Director of Construction Operations where he managed 5 Superintendents and 3 Project managers. During Marks 10 years at SDB, Sprocket completed approximately 2 million in residential renovations, 12 million in custom homes, and 70 million multi-families. Mark has also participated in over 17 development deals over the last ten years.

 

Jon Moseley graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in construction management. He has worked in the Colorado construction industry for 15 years. With a background in high end custom homes in the Fort Collins area, he brought that attention to detail to the Denver Metro area and continued to uphold those expectations as he progressed to multi-family new construction. After owning his own construction firm from 2003-2006, Jon worked for Sprocket Design Build for 7 years as a project manager. In 2009 he and Mark Tellinger joined together to create the Moseley company specializing in new construction, renovation, & development.
